1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or playing games developed by OldForge Games, you legally agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the game from your device.

2. Intellectual Property All source codes, graphics, sound effects, UI designs, logos, and the "OldForge Games" brand within our games are the exclusive property of are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, manipulation, or reverse-engineering of the game or its assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

3. In-App Purchases (IAP) Our games may offer virtual currencies (e.g., Gold) or items that can be purchased with real money. All sales of digital virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as strictly required by the prevailing Google Play Store refund policies.

4. User Conduct Cheating, hacking, or using third-party modified software (mod apk) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. OldForge Games reserves the full right to permanently ban or remove accounts found exploiting bugs or cheating from our Global Leaderboards without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OldForge Games shall not be held liable for any temporary server downtimes, unhandled device data loss, hardware conflicts, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our games.
