Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, playing games developed by OldForge Games, or creating an account via our Google Sign-In system, you legally agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the game from your device.

2. Accounts and Cloud Saves You may connect your Google account to synchronize your game progress across multiple devices. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google login credentials. Game data is stored on our cloud servers, and you may experience temporary access issues during server maintenance.

3. Intellectual Property All source codes, graphics, sound effects, UI designs, logos, and the "OldForge Games" brand within our games are the exclusive property of our Studio and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, manipulation, or reverse-engineering of the game or its assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP) Our games may offer virtual currencies (e.g., Gold) or items that can be purchased with real money. All sales of digital virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as strictly required by the prevailing Google Play Store refund policies. If you change devices, you can restore your purchases and cloud saves by logging in with your connected Google account.

5. User Conduct and Anti-Cheat Cheating, hacking, using third-party modified software (mod apk), or manipulating the cloud synchronization system to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. OldForge Games reserves the full right to permanently ban, wipe data, or remove accounts found exploiting bugs or cheating from our Global Leaderboards and cloud systems without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OldForge Games shall not be held liable for any temporary server downtimes, unhandled device data loss, hardware conflicts, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our games.
